Welcome to Tali. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our marketplace platform. By accessing or using Tali, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tali's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tali. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Tali, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Buying on Tali
4.1 Purchases
When you purchase an item, you enter into a legally binding contract with the seller. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the seller or required by law.
4.2 Payment
You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All payments must be made through our approved payment methods.
4.3 Buyer Protection
We offer buyer protection for eligible purchases. Claims must be filed within the specified timeframe and must meet our eligibility criteria.
5. Selling on Tali
5.1 Listing Items
When listing items for sale, you must:
- •Provide accurate and complete descriptions
- •Use clear, accurate photos of the actual item
- •Disclose any defects or issues with the item
- •Set fair and accurate pricing
- •Only list items you own and have the right to sell
5.2 Seller Obligations
As a seller, you agree to:
- •Ship items promptly as described in your listing
- •Package items securely to prevent damage
- •Respond to buyer messages in a timely manner
- •Honor your return policy if applicable
- •Pay applicable fees and charges
5.3 Seller Fees
Tali charges a fee for completed sales. The current fee structure is available in your seller dashboard. We reserve the right to change our fees with notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- ✕List or sell prohibited items (counterfeit goods, stolen items, illegal products)
- ✕Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- ✕Manipulate prices or engage in price fixing
- ✕Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure
- ✕Complete transactions outside the Tali platform
- ✕Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- ✕Use automated systems or bots without permission
- ✕Violate any laws or regulations
- ✕Infringe on intellectual property rights
- ✕Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Tali, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tali or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Tali, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Marketplace Platform: Tali is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not transfer legal ownership of items.
No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of listings.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to contact them directly first. If you cannot resolve the issue, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tali shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tali operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
